"Understanding the storm: The science behind hurricanes." Meteorologist Rob Duns will share what makes some hurricanes worse than others, providing important information to help us make good decisions when a storm approaches.

Duns is an Estero resident and has been with NBC2 for ten years. While here he has received the Fletcher Media Award from the Governor's Hurricane Conference, a national Edward R. Murrow Award, 4 Suncoast Emmys and several recognitions from the Florida Broadcasters Association.
