Start your Saturday morning with a gentle outdoor slow flow Yoga class in the heart of Downtown Fort Myers. Move, stretch, and connect with the community. All levels welcome - BYOM! (Bring Your Own Mat)
After class, we'll have a plank challenge and raffle prizes! You're welcome to stay after to hang out and grab light bites or mimosas from the bar.
