About Us

Hamilton Mikes, P.A. is a boutique Florida law firm in Bonita Springs devoted exclusively to community associations. Since 2011, we have represented condominium associations, homeowners associations (HOAs), cooperatives, country clubs and golf communities, and marinas throughout Southwest Florida, including Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers and Cape Coral.

We counsel boards of directors and community association managers on governance, elections and official records; amendments to governing documents; covenant enforcement; assessment collections; reserves, milestone inspections and Structural Integrity Reserve Studies (SIRS); insurance claims; construction defects; and contractor and vendor disputes. When a dispute cannot be resolved, we litigate on the association's behalf.
